Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company's product sales policy plans and mission objectives;
2. Complete channel construction, develop and maintain customer channels;
3. Conduct sales training and management for the team, improve the layout, replacement and recruitment of provincial and district managers;
4. Competitive product research of national centralized procurement products and formulation and submission of product bidding plans.
Qualifications:
1. Marketing, pharmaceutical and chemical related majors are preferred;
2. Have marketing or research and development experience, and have the ability of market development and innovation;
